Today we went to the forest called the Saltrød forest

Today we were a bunch of children and 

adults who went to Saltrød forest.

We settled ourselves at a small lake and grilled. 

The water was quiet and it was hot as a nice summer day.

  

Autumn is beautiful when the weather is like today  

On our way home we passed an empty barn the only animals that were there  

was a cat and a butterfly on the fence .

Today a friend and I walked out at Buøya to take photos of the sunset.

Haha .. take pictures without remote control is certainly not easy.

Go for a walk to the ocean is pure meditation

The first  I found was a dragonfly.

 I think they are wonderful.

The walk today went around Strengreid water.

and a small trip to the Verdensende in Råna.

A walk in the woods is good for the body and soul.
